Seth took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a Tahoe home and then put together a list of properties to see that he used to refine the search. As a resident of the area he was not afraid to share the pros and cons of each property we saw. Ultimately, this helped us to pick a property that suited our year round needs. Once in contract he communicated in a timely fashion giving us a preview and explanation of each document we needed to sign. He helped us strategize and his connection to other agents in the area did not hurt. Seth was always attentive but never pushy. Finally, as the purchase became imminent he and his team helped us prepare to move in connecting us to the utilities and the HOA that serviced our home. On move in day he arranged for a cleaning of the home and even met the cable company. The level of service was first rate. I cannot recommend Seth and his team highly enough."
